Payment Methods
We accept a wide range of payment methods, including PAYPAL, GOOGLE Checkout and personal cheques and postal orders. Payment from International customers can only be processed via PAYPAL or GOOGLE Checkout.
For customers wishing to pay via personal cheque - please make these payable to Bare Necessities 2701. Please allow 4 working days for cheques to clear before item is posted. Payments made by echeque can take 10-14 days to be processed
For customers wishing to pay via postal orders - please make these payable to Bare Necessities 2701
For customers who wish to use the COSMETICS free posting offer - this promotion cannot be used against any other product.
Subject to cleared funds, all orders processed before 11am will be processed within 1-2 working days
Shipping Information
We aim to despatch orders from our warehouse within one to two working days upon reciept of cleared payments. We do not post products on the weekends or on Bank Holidays. If the products are not delivered within 7 days of your original purchase date please email us and we will track your product for you
Delivery charges are £3.95 for standard UK delivery, using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. In the event that you are unable to collect your parcel within 7 days of original delivery date Royal Mail will return to Bare Necessities 2701. If you wish for your item to be resent you will incur additional postal costs.
Delivery charges are £7.95 for EU delivery.
Delivery charges to countries outside of the EU are individually priced - please contact us prior to checkout

If you wish to return your item - please send notification by e-mail within 7 days of receipt.
When returning items, they should be properly packaged to arrive back in the exact condition in which they were sent, and they must arrive back to the seller within 14 days of receipt of purchase. All items must be returned unworn and unmarked and must not be damaged in any way. If it is suspected that a buyer has used or worn the item, then a refund may be refused and the item returned to the buyer.
Items being returned must be sent by recorded delivery (within the UK) or the equivalent in your country - or by courier if overseas. A clear record should be kept of the shipping date.
The seller cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post and therefore recommends packages be insured. All return postal and insurance charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Notification of safe receipt of returned goods will be sent by e-mail and the agreed refund (less postage and packaging/handling) will be made within 2 working days of receipt.
Please note, delivery charges are non refundable, unless the product is faulty, and this agreement has been made prior to returning the item.
Personal details: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you to enable us to process your order (including communicating with you regarding any order you might have placed). We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. Credit and debit card details are collected by selected payment service provider(s). Bare Necessities 2701 does not store or retain any financial information used in your transaction.
Mailing lists: We send marketing information to customers about our products update only.
Third parties: We may disclose your personal data to our business partners to facilitate the offering of their goods or services to you when you visit our site. We will not otherwise sell or provide your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes – unless you consent.
Statistics: We may use general information from our customer database, for statistical purposes. However this information will not identify any individual customer.
Cookies: We currently use cookie to facilitate the store ordering process and for generating goods you added to the shopping cart when you access to our web site. You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features may not function properly without cookies.
